Case study- If you are a client who is always busy with other business activities and you are not able to carry out legal work which is really important in order to get in touch with your debtors, what can you possibly do now?

Our debt collection methods are ethical, effective and transparent, with a focus on improving business cash flow, whilst preserving your customer relationships and reputation. Our focus on debt collection is primarily pre-legal, but we recognize that there are times when legal recoveries can also become an effective tool in the reclaiming of debt if other methods have been unsuccessful or where speedy recovery action is required. Through this service we will maintain a safe space for the client where their minimum involvement would be required while we take over all the legal formalities which previously had to be undertaken from the client’s end :

1. We will send notices on clients’ behalf

2. File a civil case and complete all the legal paperwork and run for the client to complete the court formalities.

3. Filing FIR on the client’s behalf.

4. Appearing in court on the date of hearings.

5. Other necessary formalities that a client has to go through which will be undertaken by us.

6. Meetings and regular consultation with the other parties legally.
