Case study- If you are a client that stops for enquiry and wants to work further by associating with Money Guard but you do not have any legal background and have no sufficient knowledge of carrying out the legal documentation and paperwork, what could you possibly do now?

We all know how important it is to have reliable and verified documentations to carry out any legal procedures in the court. MoneyGuard thus tries to locate your debtors by involving the court but he/she does not have to worry about any procedures, because that’s what we do. From sending the legal notices to clients to maintaining the paperwork, everything is carried out by a team of professional attorneys that not only help you to retain your money but also conduct all the legal formalities from your end without your involvement. The whole purpose is to create Legal pressure and fear in the mind of the defaulting debtor and to seek positive responses from them. This is to force debtors to come forward for settlement by creating as much pressure as we can, but with prior consultation with our client.

Below are the activities that we undertake under this method/plan :

1. Sending legal notice on the client’s behalf to the debtors.

2. Filing a case and arranging required documents for the client.

3. In this process, we will maintain the required paperwork while the client can fulfil all the formalities from their end.
